What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Alara Jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or natural wear and tear.
